Refund policy
Automotive Services: All labor, diagnostics, electronic components, and special-order parts installed at our service center are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with a repair performed by Carbras Auto Center LLC, please contact us within 14 days of service so we can inspect the vehicle and address it under our service warranty.
Online Store Purchases: For physical parts and accessories purchased directly through our website, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
